Equipment & Hardware Warranty Standards

Pine Hyrst maintains documented operational tolerances across all studio sensors, hitting turf, and loaner club sets.

Launch Monitor Camera Frame Rate 1,000 FPS Stereoscopic
Ball Speed Measurement Variance ±0.5 mph Tolerance
Turf Base Shock Attenuation 15mm Closed-Cell Foam
Sensor Accuracy

Optical Launch Monitor Calibration

Our commercial ceiling-mounted optical sensors are calibrated weekly against mechanical impact standards. We guarantee data fidelity for ball velocity, clubhead speed, launch angle, and spin axis within documented manufacturing tolerances (±0.5 mph ball velocity; ±100 RPM backspin). If a sensor exhibits tracking anomalies, the bay is paused and your session time extended.

Turf & Impact

Hitting Turf & Screen Tension Standards

All hitting surfaces use nylon turf mats mounted on a 15-millimetre closed-cell rubber substrate to eliminate joint shock and prevent wrist strain during repeated ball striking. Mats are rotated bi-weekly. Impact screens use multi-layer ballistic polymers tensioned to absorb full driver strikes up to 210 mph without dangerous bounce-back.

Club Longevity

Member Equipment & Studio Demo Sets

Golfers are encouraged to bring their personal clubs. We inspect balls and grooves to ensure clean equipment that will not damage impact screens. Our studio demo sets (Callaway, Ping, Titleist) undergo weekly loft and lie angle verification on digital bending gauges to ensure true factory specifications.
