Frequently asked questions about bay reservations and policies
We run a professional indoor golf studio, not an entertainment arcade. To ensure smooth bay turnaround and protect our launch monitor calibration, all guests follow these operational policies.
Simulator bay hire is billed at a flat rate of $49 to $69 per hour, which covers up to 6 players per bay. We do not charge individual guest entrance fees. Weekday daytime sessions (prior to 4:00 PM) are $49/hr, while peak evening hours and weekends are $69/hr. Groups split the flat cost evenly.
We offer 30-minute targeted lessons for $79 per session, focusing on a single swing fault or putting delivery. 60-minute comprehensive swing diagnostic lessons range from $99 to $129 per session, depending on coach seniority and day of the week. All lessons include dual-radar TrackMan metrics and high-speed video telemetry.
Yes. All bays feature wide, centered strike mats and floor-mounted TrackMan dual-radar launch monitors that accommodate both right-handed and left-handed players without moving equipment or re-calibrating sensors between shots. Left-handed rental sets are also available upon advance request.
We provide tour-grade urethane golf balls for all bays because launch monitor radar requires clean, unblemished ball surfaces for true spin decay readings. You are welcome to bring your own clubs (provided clubfaces are clean and free of range dirt), or you may rent a premium matched set for $15 per session.
Bay reservations and private coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty with at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled bay time are subject to a 50% reservation hold fee to compensate the assigned coach and reserve bay availability.
Clean casual athletic attire or standard golf apparel is required. Clean, spikeless golf shoes, athletic sneakers, or flat rubber-soled turf shoes are mandatory. Metal spikes, work boots, and open-toed footwear are strictly prohibited to protect the synthetic strike mats.
